This is a legal agreement between the person or organization (“Customer”, “Buyer” or “you”) agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the applicable FlyingPress licensing entities (“FlyingWeb, LLC”, ”FlyingPress”, “Seller”, “us,” or “we”). By accepting these Terms, making a purchase, or using any Services provided by us, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the Customer to the Order, these Terms, and any applicable Service Descriptions (collectively the “Agreement”).

Links to Third-Party Sites
This Web Site may contain links to third-party sites. Access to any other Internet site linked to this Web Site is at the user’s own risk, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites.
We provide these links merely as a convenience, and including such links does not imply an endorsement.
License
Automatic Updates are available to customers who have purchased a FlyingPress license in accordance with the license they have purchased. You may not share or resell access to your support license key.
Consider FlyingPress as a service than a “plugin”. FlyingPress has ongoing costs to optimize your site because some optimizations are done from our servers. An active license is required to download the plugin, get support and get updates. You won’t be able to use FlylingPress when the license expires.
Automatically Renew Subscription
Your FlyingPress license is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. An active license will grant you access to automatic updates, new features and support. Licenses renew automatically after 1 year.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time after the purchase. By cancelling, your license will not renew automatically and will expire 1 year after the purchase date. Once expires you will no longer receive product updates, new features nor have access to support. You may renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.
Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your account on our Web Site, which offers, but is not limited to, access to the latest versions of the products associated with the purchased license to your license key and your payment history.
The email may take up to 1 hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are the property of FlyingWeb, LLC. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
Support
Support is offered to customers with a valid FlyingPress license key. Purchasing a license key gives you access to our support resources and documentation.
Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year the license will need to be renewed to continue receiving support and product updates.
The license key and support account are registered to the email address of the original purchaser. The original purchaser (license holder) retains the rights to the license and account even if the account/key is renewed or upgraded by another party. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holder’s website(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.

By purchasing our products, you agree to receive these transactional emails.
Account Suspension
FlyingWeb, LLC reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. If an account has been suspended, no refund will be granted.
